Established in 1979 by John Mitchell.

Brian McCarthy joined John as a sub contractor in '84. Working in and around Salisbury, Wiltshire we soon became well established with contracts from the local authority, Salisbury District Hospital as well as several local builders and the local public.

By 1988 the staff had grown to 6 along with much larger contracts.

In 1990 Brian was invited to form a partnership with John, which over the next 10 years saw the business flourish with the number of staff doubling and contracts worth £100,000 being tendered for.

2000 saw a change with John leaving the business to pursue other avenues. Robert Churchill joined Brian as partner although we still trade as John H Mitchell Electrical Contractors.

Business is still flourishing with contracts in excess of £250,000 on the go.

We pride ourselves on still being able to attend to customers who we first worked for in the early years, no matter how small the jobs may be.
